We offer different types of Cheer Teams for all levels of commitment. Take a look at the varying levels of team types and see which one fits the needs of your family and budget best.

Novice Cheer Teams
- Season: September – March (finish before Spring Break)
- Ages: U6, U8 & U12
- Learn dance & movement, sommersaults, cartwheels & jumps. No stunting
- Practice 1 hour Once a week for U6 and 90min once a week for U8 and U12
- Routine is 1:30 minutes
- Performances: 1 Showcase and 2 localcompetitions
All Star Prep Teams
- Season: September – March (finish before Spring Break)
- All Ages offered: U8, U12 and U16
- Learn Tumbling, Stunts, Dance & Jumps & Routine
- Practice 1.5 hours Once a week
- Routine is 1.5min long
- Performances: 1 Showcase and 2 local competitions
Competitive Teams
- Season: Year Long June- June
- All Ages offered:
- Execute Tumbling, Stunts, Dance & Jumps in a Routine, in a team environment
- Approx 2-3.5 Total hours per week / Twice weekly practices (depends on age of team)
- Routine is under 2:30 minutes
- Performances: 2 Showcases 4 local 1-day Competition 1 local 2-Day Competition
Elite Cheer Teams
- Season: Year Long June- June
- All Ages & Levels offered
- Master Tumbling, Stunts, Dance & Jumps in a Routine, in a team environment
- Practice 4.5 – 5.5 Total hours (Twice per week)
- Routine is under 2:30 minutes
- Performances: 2 Showcases 5-6 local 1 & 2-Day Competitions & possibly (Covid Dependent) 1 Weekend Trip to Wa and/or ! destination Competition
All teams strive to teach our athletes valuable life skills through cheer: self-confidence, character, teamwork, commitment and good work ethic. All Competitive & Elite teams require mandatory attendance.
