Reminders
Summer Mini-Breaks – Gym Closed
We are closed next week for the first summer mini break.
Classes resume Tuesday, July 9th (no classes Monday, July 8th!)
Reminder to all Blue Elite Competitive athletes!
Be sure to get a uniform! There are many available through the VAS Sell-Swap Trade page
If you do not have a uniform or need a new size, please arrange to get a new one.

Flexible Class Options
Unlimited Summer Class Pass
Unlimited classes for July and August for $195 + GST
Valid for any Tumbling, Ninja Class or Open Gym all summer long.
Register online through the Parent Portal
Summer Open Gym
Wednesdays 7-9pm, starting July 10th
$5 for members (anyone enrolled in a class or team), $10 non-members
Non-members must register online before attending.
Drop-in to any class!
$20 for 1-hour class.
Non-members must register online before attending. – Register as “NEW TO VAS SOUTH”
Specialty Classes for Summer
Summer Rec Cheer
$69 + GST for July and August
Class meet: Mondays 4:30-5:30 or Wednesday 5:00-6:00
Elite and At-Home Training
Talent Opportunity Program
The Talent Opportunity Program (TOP) is for athletes that are looking to excel beyond the level of their current team. It’s geared towards Elite athletes and parents looking to work hard and become the next generation of Elite Cheerleading athletes.
Cheer District – At-Home Training App
$60 +tax for one full year of Personalized at-home training for athletes
(required for TOP athletes)
Monitored progress by VAS South staff.
Skill tracking
Social network with industry news (must be over 13 years of age to post)

Bottle Drive – JULY 7TH – Ladner
The Parents Association has organized a bottle drive to raise funds for our Elite competitive program.
If you would like to participate or have bottles to donate, please contact Vanessa Zulke.
SAVE THE DATE – Tsawwassen Sunfest Parade – AUGUST 5TH
Once again we will be participating in the parade. All VAS South athletes are welcome to join us as we walk in the parade.
