  • Hair up in High Pony with any VAS Bow (please bring extras if you have them)

Scratch Card Fundraiser

• How it works

1. Request the card from the gym

 (we will be pre-ordering them so 100% of the profit goes to the athletes we will not have any onsite) 

2. Pay the gym for the scratch card $8 per card

3. Get friends and family to sponsor your athlete buy scratching off a tab

Each tab has a different value on it from $2-$10

       4.) Get a full card worth of sponsors and you can earn $200/ per card!

• How it works 

1. Take a Photo that you feel shows why you love VAS Cheer 

2. Post the photo on facebook, instagram and/or snapchat and tag us @vas_cheer @vas_cheersouth (for instagram and snapchat) and by tagging us on facebook @G Force Gym – Home of the Vancouver All Stars and @Vancouver All Stars South 

3. USE THE HASHTAG 

4. Make sure you add the VAS logo sticker (do this by typing VAS into the sticker search)

5. Keep Posting and sharing every day on multiple platforms as each will count as 1 entry into the draw

6. September 1st we will do a facebook live draw for our winners

Summer Absences

Please make sure that you are notifying your team coach or Sam and Rolton of any August absences your athlete might have. We understand people vacation over the summer but it is imperative that we know in advance so we can plan practices around who is here.
The more the athletes are able to train together over the summer will set up the teams for success when it comes time for choreography. Thank you again to everyone who has already sent in their schedules!

Summer Rec Cheer Late Start

•  $45 for the month (classes Starting July 31st!)

  • 1-hour class per week

  • Class time: Wednesdays 5:00

  • Session dates: July 31 –  August 28th ( no class Aug 7th)

Open Gym 

• Wednesdays 7-9

• $5 for members (anyone enrolled in a class or team)

• $10 non-members

Drop-in to Any Class 

• $20 per class, tax included

Tops program Starts Sept 6th

• Ages 4-6 – Tiny Tornadoes (Novice) 

  • Practice time Tuesdays 6:00 – 7:00 pm

  • $60 per month for the session

Registration open for White REC cheer fall session

• $130 for the entire session

• $25 registration fee

• Ages 4-8 – MINI

• Ages 8-18 – Jr/Sr. 

• Practice time Mondays 5:30-6:30 pm

Cheer District – At-home training

•  $60 +tax for one full year

• Personalized at-home training for athletes

• Monitored progress by staff

• Skill tracking

• Social network with industry news (must be over 13 years of age to post)
