Vancouver All Star South offers Competitive Cheerleading teams, Tumbling, Ninja, and Strength Training classes going on weekly!

Full Year Competitive Teams

All Star Elite

It’s never too late to register for one of our full year competitive teams!

Contact us for information and to set up an evaluation.

Our Full-Year competitive teams are for athletes looking to learn new skills and compete in a more competitive environment.

Teams practice twice a week and travel to competitions both locally and in the United States. 

 

Half-Year Competitive Teams

All Star Prep (age 5-18) & Tiny Novice (age 3-6)

Teams start the week of September 4th!

Our Half-Year Competitive Teams are geared towards athletes looking to learn what it’s like to be a competitive cheerleader with less commitment. 

Teams practice only once a week for 1.5 hours and only participate in local events. They will compete at one competition per season. 

This season we’re offering 3 teams:

  • Youth Prep (age 5-10)
  • Sr Prep (age 11-18)
  • Tiny Novice – (age 3-6)

Facts & Info about All Star Prep Half Year Teams:

  • These teams Don’t start until Sept and finish in March
  • Practice only once a week
  • VERY reasonable monthly tuition fees
  • Perform at a real competition and at fun gym wide events.
  • Minimal Uniform costs

Annual Registration and Insurance Fee – $45

 

Speciality Classes

Ninja School

Come out and learn the tumbling and gymnastics skills, inspired by the latest new sports discipline.
Ninja school is designed for boys and girls to learn gymnastics skills, obstacle training, and freestyle movement.
Build strength, balance, coordination, listening skills, and confidence while learning new skills.
 
Strength Class
Circuit-style fitness class design for all athletes – This class focuses on building strong, mobile, and flexible athletes for ALL sports. With a strong emphasis on Core Training and Mobility, athletes will train to build a stronger body to help them achieve their sports goals faster.
 
Flyers Class
This class is designed to help Flyers perform their best on the competition floor. Focus on Flexibility, for air positions, balance, strength, and performance.
Open to all athletes – Flyers and those looking to fly in the future.

Tumbling Classes

You don’t have to be a part of a competitive team to learn to tumble!  Our tumbling classes are design for all athletes. 

We focus on developing the fundamental of tumbling, helping our athletes progress and learn more advanced tumbling skills. 

Classes are based on level and designed for all ages.

Tumbling for Dancers

Our Tumbling for Dancers classes are designed to teach dancers the acrobatic skills to take their performance to the next level.

Work on basic gymnastic skills with a focus on learning handsprings and aerials to add to their dance skills. 

 

Tiny Tumbling (ages 3-6)

Our Tiny Tumbling class is designed for our youngest athletes. Learn to tumble like the big kids in a fun environment geared towards our littlest tumblers.

Athletes learn balance, coordination, flexibility while learning skills like forward and back rolls, handstands, cartwheels and walk-overs.
