What Happens NOW?
If you were on a competition Team this year and all your competitions are now over... You are now a part of Spring Training. All athletes continue to train and better their skills using this schedule:
- Sat, Mar 15th to Fri, Mar 28th - SPRING BREAK - NO CLASSES
- Sat, Mar 29th - 1st Practice Back for All Competitive Teams
- April & a bit of May is used for Skill Acquisition and Individual Athlete Assessment
- Mid May> 2008-09 Teams / Travel Plans and Athlete Placement will be announced and Athletes begin training with assigned / new teams.
- Sat and Sun, June 21st and 22nd will be our Year End Show
- Due to Canada Day being Mid-Week, we will not take part of Golden Spike Days this year - Everyone gets the long weekend OFF!! Woot WootLos Angeles JAMfest Nationals Results:

VAS was the highest scoring Canadian Team and gets to keep the Nations Cup (Bronze Cup for Canada) at G Force Gym.
