  SUMMER CLASSES AT SOUTH!
SOUTH SUMMER CAMPS: Great Intro to All Star Cheer (Beginner & Experienced offered). Fantastic opportunity to review & perfect cheer skills at . Learn & progress in motions, dance, and jumps.  There is a heavy read this book report emphasis on Gymnastics/tumbling training and technique.  Spotting, stunting, and building skills and drills. Goal Setting and Progress review.  Final Group routine and performance on last day. New athletes must pay insurance $5+tax.  Athlete may take full day or half day. $135+GST for Half Day Summer Camp – PLEASE specify LEVEL of athlete as well as whether you will be doing AM(morning 9:00am-12:00pm) or PM(afternoon 1:00-4:00pm) half-day camp or a full day camp for $185+GST.  Cancellations require one week’s notice or a $55 fee is applied. South Summer Open Gym Bring your little ones to come learn to bounce and tumble in a safe, fun environment. They will learn tumbling and trampoline basics while having fun playing with other tots their age. This dynamic class will include interactive games, tumbling circuits, and jump fun! Ages 3-8 years – Tuesdays 4:00pm – 5:00pm Ages 9+ 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Summer Walkover Classes Thursdays 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Summer Jump and Conditioning Classes Work on your strengthening your jumps this summer- Become more of an asset and make yourself more appealing for future Coaches and Teams with your amazing jump technique. This class provides athletes with an opportunity to gain strength and power. Wednesdays 7:00pm – 8:00pm , Tuesdays 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Summer Flexibility Classes Work on your Flying Skills and technique – Become more of an asset and make yourself more appealing for future Coaches and Teams with your versatility. This class provides athletes with an opportunity to gain better flexibility Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:00pm Wednesdays 6:30pm – 7:oopm
