Congratulations to the 15 VAS Athletes that made the National Cheer Team that will represent Canada at The Worlds Cheer Championships.  Canada will be returning in 2010 to defend its title as the 2009 World Champions!!

Congratulations To G Force Gym's Owner, Director and Head Coach Liz Gigante Ulrich who is the only coach west of Ontario to be named to the Team Canada Coaching Staff.
