OPEN GYM TIME

Open Gym is ideal for cheer athletes that want to come in on their own initiative and work independently or in groups. Open Gym is also ideal for local school or college and university cheerleaders that would otherwise not have access to a gymnastics floor and equipment to learn tumbling skills in a safe and progressive fashion. Although Supervision is provided, there is NO Instruction available.

Schedule until June 25th 2009:
Tuesdays   7:00pm to 9:00pm
Thursdays  7:00pm to 9:00pm

Cost is $5
Gym Insurance is required. If you're only using G Force Gym for Open Gym, Insurance Fee is $20 Flat for a one-year Membership & Insurance.

Any G Force Gym athlete has already paid this and therefore do NOT pay any additional membership or Insurance Fees.
