REGISTRATION FOR FALL/WINTER 2006-07
In order to ensure yourself a spot on one of our teams, you MUST register online and pay your 2006-07 Membership & Insurance Fee either online or the next time you come to the gym!! We ask that you PLEASE register online because by doing so, you are automatically put into the system and save VAS Staff a lot of work. Registering online provides you with: 1) Automatic confirmation sent to you via e-mail 2) An easy way to receive receipts for payments and tax credits 3) Once you're in the system, we can send out e-mails to everyone at once. If
you do NOT have access to the Internet, please download the necessary forms
below in order to register. You only need to pay your Membership &
Insurance fee, which will be used as your deposit. The remaining fees will be
collected in August and must be paid in full and/or all postdated cheques
handed in by the first official practice.
